This is Larry Huang from China (Fujian) Foreign Trade Centre (Holdings) Shanghai Branch.
I understand from your information posted on Alibaba.com that you can produce computer assembly line.
Our customer is planning to move production to the new premises and to install there Conveyor Assembly line for assembling of computer's system unit.
Their new factory premises is under the reconstruction process, so, for the time being they are planning to mark out for conveyer area the space: 30 -33 m length x 9m width and they would prefer to separate in and outbound logistics flow (at the polar sides of assembly line).
Data for Assembly line:
Product - system unit of PC (personal computer)
Production capacity - up to 500 pcs per shift (8 hours)
Assembly operations: we want to keep 2 options: separate operations (8-10 steps) and workstation (whole process is made at one place).
Burn-in section (Heat-chamber): burn-in time up to 4 hours
Testing operation - of the separate shelves (trolleys)
Area: L 36...40 m, W 9 m (including transportation aisle), H 4, 5 m.
Time of demand: middle of December (Area will be ready for installation).
Detail requirements:
Layout dimensions: L 30 - 33 m * W 9 m (including 2 m aisles at one side) *H 3, 6 m
Material flow - inbound and outbound - at the POLAR sides if conveyor.
Manufacturing capacity - 500 pcs per shift (8 hours)
Burn-in time - 4 hours

total test before burn-in - 10 workstations
III BURN-IN SECTION
1st version: AUTOMATIC BURN-IN SECTION
Location - BETWEEN preassembly/assembly sections and test after burn-in/set up sections
DIMENTIONS: L (your calculation) * W - 7 m * H - 3, 6 m
2nd version: Trolleys /shelves type of BURN-IN section
Location - BETWEEN preassembly/assembly sections and test after burn-in/set up sections
Idea: we will take off PC from conveyor manually and put them for the burn -in test to the shelves/trolleys, after burn-in we put them back to the conveyor for the further steps (test after burn-in etc.)
